Human Resources
The Human Resources Directorate is responsible for recruiting qualified, field-expert, and competent academic and administrative personnel who align with the university’s strategic goals and mission. In support of employee satisfaction and institutional development, the Directorate implements contemporary human resources practices across all areas of the university.
Provided Services
To develop and secure the environment of employee’s performance and motivation in-service training is planned and provided accordingly to their needs.
Fields of Work
The function of evaluating and archiving received applications works parallel with the need of administrative and academic staff, which is specified through job advertisements. Interviews and employment is arranged according to the Employment Rules & Regulations. HR evaluates and follows functions of employee personal rights, contracts, immigration permissions, health reports and unpaid leave applications.

Academic and Administrative job applications are accepted through the HR system. You can apply for an open position by filling out the application form in the system.

Applications will be evaluated by the Human Resources Directorate based on candidates’ educational background, work experience, language proficiency, and relevant competencies. Suitable candidates may be contacted when a relevant position becomes available.

-Able to take an active role in the maintenance, development, updating, and improvement of existing web systems,

-Experienced in working within a team using Git version control system,
-Basic knowledge of Linux-based systems and Apache web server,
-Basic awareness of website performance, accessibility, user experience, SEO, GEO, and web analytics,
-Able to work in teams and projects managed with Agile methodologies, adaptable to teamwork, and strong in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
-Proficient in English at a level sufficient to work in an international university environment and follow technical literature,
-Follows developments in artificial intelligence, data-driven approaches, and digital transformation,
-For male candidates who are citizens of the TRNC and/or Türkiye, military service must be completed.
